Lance White

Lance White is the founder and CEO of PetroCloud.  For over 25 years, Mr. White has worked at the intersection of technology and energy, serving in leadership roles at Sun Microsystems, StorageTek, Patagon, and Western Atlas / Baker Hughes.  He is also the President of Lancer Petroleum Corporation and Lancer Energy LLC.  His career included overseas positions based in China, Singapore, Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela and Mexico.  He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese.

Duncan Riley

Duncan Riley is PetroCloud’s Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Riley has nearly 30 years of domestic and international experience in the oil field services industry, having held staff, operational and executive roles with Western Geophysical, Baker Hughes, Schlumberger, WesternGeco and Global Geophysical. International assignments include postings in Argentina, Gabon, Mexico, Nigeria, Trinidad and Venezuela. Mr. Riley earned a BS degree in Geophysical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines with minors in Geology and Computer Science, and an MBA from Rice University.

Rod Montrose

Rod Montrose is PetroCloud’s Chief Product Development Officer. With over 30 years in the wireless communications industry, Rod has an extensive track record in product development for mobile/wireless enablement of applications and enterprise information systems, particularly for the M2M and Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT), including M2M remote devices, sensors, networks, application servers and device software frameworks. He has managed multiple product development groups with hardware, RF, firmware, application and mechanical engineers, developing a variety of products for many different industries.  Rod joined PetroCloud from Sierra Wireless and Numerex where he was VP Engineering, and prior to that he spent 14 years as Founder, President, and CTO of Avid Wireless.  He earned his BaSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Adolfo Baesa

Adolfo Baesa is the Director of Security for PetroCloud. Mr. Baesa has 29 years of combined local and federal law enforcement experience, including 8 years as a police officer with the Midland Police Department followed by 21 years, as a Special Agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). During his career with the FBI he specialized in surveillance and Counter Intelligence.  Mr. Baesa earned a BS degree in Criminology/Corrections. Mr. Baesa’s mandate is to oversee the quality of PetroCloud’s security operations, coordinate security assessments, conduct tests to ensure PetroCloud systems function as designed for each customer, and provide feedback to ensure our systems provide the highest level of service.

Jay Maes

Jay Maes joined PetroCloud as Regional Sales Manager in 2015.  Previously, Mr. Maes served as the National Sales Manager for Ion Science, the Service Center Manager for Hagemeyer North America, and Infantry Instructor for the U.S. Marine Corps.  He earned a B.A. from the University of North Carolina.

Eric Hohman

Eric Hohman joined PetroCloud in 2018 as an Account Manager, bringing extensive security management experience.  Most recently he was a facilities security manager responsible for the supervision and protection of customer facilities employing more than 2,000 personnel and sensitive equipment.  As a member of Texas State Senator Donna Campbell’s staff, he was responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations on proposed legislation.  A 15-year veteran of the United States Air Force, Mr. Hohman served with distinction as a Special Forces Combat Controller in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom and was awarded two Bronze Stars, including one with valor.  Mr. Hohman earned a BS degree in Business Management and an MBA from Phoenix University.

 George Harwood

George Harwood is the Financial Analyst Manager at PetroCloud.  Prior to joining PetroCloud in December of 2016, George worked for 5 years in the financial services industry as a financial business analyst. He earned a BS in Economics with Financial Applications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.                                                                                                       

Clay Hendon

Clay Hendon is PetroCloud’s Director of Business Development. Following service as an Infantry officer in the US Army, Clay was Senior Management Consultant for Credera, a Dallas-based consulting firm serving public and private companies. Prior to joining PetroCloud, he served as Vice President & Managing Director of Groundwork Global, a world-wide travel security and executive protection provider. Clay earned his BS in Unconventional Warfare from the US Military Academy at West Point, and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Keaton Foster

Keaton Foster is the Director of Software Engineering at PetroCloud. He has extensive experience in designing and developing robust web-based applications and web-controllable embedded devices. Keaton is focused on utilizing the latest web technologies to deliver real-time automation solutions. He earned a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University.

Luis Lobo

Luis Lobo Borobia is the Senior Software Engineer at PetroCloud. Mr Lobo has more than 20 years experience analyzing, designing, developing and implementing a broad range of software solutions for both the private and public sector in different industries in 14 countries. He specialized in designing Web Based Software Platforms and APIs, working with a diverse set of cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services, Rackspace Cloud and others. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, with more than 15 IBM software solutions. Mr. Lobo earned a BS in Computer Science from the Universidad de Belgrano, Argentina where he was recognized as a “Distinguished Professional”.

John Perales

John Perales is a Senior Hardware Engineer at PetroCloud. Mr. Perales has over 10 years of electronic hardware experience ranging from design and fabrication of power electronics circuits to maintenance and repair on military communication equipment. After John’s service in the Marine Corps, he attended and the University of Texas at Dallas earning a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.

Marty Page

Marty Page is Director of Supply Chain and Procurement.  For the past 20 years he has served in leadership roles driving efficient operations for companies such as Lockheed and Compaq / Hewlett-Packard.  He earned his BBA from Texas A&M University.
